General Info
Parade Timeline – Saturday, November 15, 2025
8:00 a.m. – Staging and registration/check-in begin
9:15 a.m. – Check-in closes
9:30 a.m. – Parade route closes to all traffic
9:45 a.m. – All entries in position, ready to roll
10:00 a.m. – Parade begins!
12:00 to 12:30 p.m. – Parade Winners / Awards Announced!
Parade Number Pickup:
Between 8:00–9:15 a.m. at the Atascadero Printery (6351 Olmeda Ave.)
Staging, Entry & Exit
Floats and vehicles should enter via the Capistrano Bridge on West Mall & Capistrano Ave. Volunteers will assist with line-up.
Walking Groups/Kids Drop-off: Use the Fine Arts Academy (6100 Olmeda Ave.) loop for safe drop-off.
Parking available at the Armory, AUSD Office, and Colony Park Community Center.
Equestrian Entries: Park trailers at the Fine Arts Academy or Atascadero Printery.
After completing the route, floats and vehicles must clear the area—no riders allowed once exited.
Route Overview
1. Start: Lewis Ave (behind the Administration Building, near the Judging Stand)
2. Turn Left onto Capistrano Ave → cross the Arch Bridge
3. Continue southeast on Capistrano toward CA-41
4. Turn Northwest onto El Camino Real
5. Right Turn onto Entrada Ave → Parade Ends near Lewis Ave
If the first entries (emergency vehicles) reach the end before the last group leaves, they will loop via Lewis Ave toward the Fire Department. All others will continue to West Mall and return to staging.
Best Viewing Areas
Lewis Ave: Great early views by the Arch Bridge
El Camino Real: Main viewing area with Announcer Booths
Entrada Ave: Watch the parade finale and float displays
