Band Students: 

Greyhound Sound is doing a Drive Thru BBQ Fundraiser! YUMMM

1. Each student in the instrumental program at AHS will receive 2 BBQ tickets to sell.
2. We ask that each student sell a minimum of 2 tickets.
   • We encourage more sales and additional tickets can be requested by emailing [email protected] OR asking Mr. Conrad or texting 805.975.6211(Stephanie Drexler - Booster VP).
3. Tickets are numbered and assigned to students.
   • Students are responsible for all tickets assigned to them.
4. Money/unsold tickets must be returned to Mr. Conrad by 9/18.
5. Tickets are $60. Money can be collected in:

• Cash
• Checks-Made out to AHS Band Boosters
• Online at http:/www.ahsbandandpageantry.org/ - 

​If paying online, please make note of this on the ticket. 

BBQ takes place at AHS on 9/28 - Pre-sale orders only.
Those that pre-purchase tickets can pick up their order between 4PM and 6PM. 

The top 3 sellers will get a prize!

Reminder- Students are responsible for all tickets assigned to them. When envelopes are returned, they must include money for sold tickets and/or unsold tickets. Thank you!
